Dear Anon,
1. There is a difference between 2-3 and 3-2.
2. It is best to as you had mentioned keep quiet for a 2-3 (2mountain 3water) combination.
3. If it is the opposite i.e. 3-2, then this is considered a separate combination from 2-3. Thus one can still use constant effect of metal here.
4. Just last week, I had a client who had her master bedroom located at the East. She had constant health problems.
The recommended cure is to:
a. Use two separate sets of 6-coins at a distance of 1-2 metres each e.g. place one 6-coin at a corner and another 6-coins 1 metre to 2 metres away.
In addition, if one is using a wind chime, it should be placed outside the window.
Alternatively, place a grandfather clock inside the house for this year.
As for the poison arrow, use a day curtain to block the view of the poison arrow. If it cannot be seen, it no longer becomes a threat.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
