Dear Everyone,
Overall, here are some guidelines on the Ba Gua mirror:-
1. Plain Ba Gua mirrors that are either flat or convex. These are usually used to deflect Sha Qi. E.g. a flat where the main entrance door is in the direct path of a corridor and facing e.g. lift door etc...
2. Ba Gua with the First Heaven Sequence trigram on it and a centre (flat mirror)
You can refer to the "First Heaven Sequence" formation under this URL:
https://www.geomancy.net/resources/art/art-pakua.htm
3. This type of Ba Gua mirror is often used e.g. against a `T' junction.
4. For those who especially engage a Feng Shui practitioner who has religious inclination, many of whom would recommend the Ba Gua mirror and placement of a " charm " or yellow piece of charm.
5. Nowadays, from what I understand from Ben, who had purchased a `yellow' Ba Gua mirror and used it, the YELLOW on the Ba Gua usually connotates e.g. a charm.
6. And after evaluating it, I feel that it can be used for both Sha Qi e.g. T junction and `to ward off evil'.
7. There are other Ba gua mirrors: Such as those which includes the two door gods. It is more of a protective ba gua mirror.
7. Please note that there are many Feng Shui practitioners especially those who practise in e.g. US, do not believe in the use of the Ba Gua mirror.
Therefore, some of these practitioners may denouce what is said here (in the context) of the Ba Gua mirror.
8. I am not exactly a `lover' of Ba Gua mirrors but in my opinion, especially mirrors can be used against `T-junction' and Sha Qi. For example, such as a neighbour directly opposite has a Thai worship alter that faces one's main entrance.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
