1. This refers to the Eight House or 4 good & 4 bad directions. Since there are only the East Group or West Group of persons, 50% of the population will have issues that you face.
2. Statistically; 50% of all partners will have one spouse belonging to the East Group and their partner the West Group.
3. Thus, you are not the only person with this situation.
4. If one is choosing a new house one can follow the following guidelines:-
4.1 Where possible, try to find a house that is suitable to the `breadwinner'.
Usually, the definition is that the breadwinner is the `male' of the house e.g. the husband. But what happens if the `female' earns more or provides roughly equal income to the family?
Then, if it is a new house, one should try to buy houses with any of the following combinations at the main entrance door:-
Excellent/Irritation
Prosperity/Irritation
Health/Irritation
Longevity/Irritation
or
Excellent/Spook
Prosperity/Spook
Health/Spook
Longevity/Spook
If one already stayed in an existing house, there is no miracle cure. One has to live with the type of house "chosen ".
But in the master bedroom e.g. at North; if the husband's intangible sector is Health and the wife is disaster; then the husband should sleep closer to the North sector, while the wife sleeps on the opposite site. And use the husband as a shield.

There is no miracle cure for this as mentioned above. In the above situation, it is good to look at the bedroom and the intangible force there. An try to sleep closer to it.
In recent years, it does not seem that even a cross does not really matter here. For personal comfort, one could perhaps, place one there -- just for personal peace of mind - thats all.

Yes, it is not auspicious for couples to sleep on twin-sized beds. Even if we place a king sized or queen sized bedsheet on it.
It would be best to use a single king or queen sized bed. In addition, avoid any pointed triangle e.g. above the bedroom door designed triangle window. Or any triangle windows that would symbolically `spilt' the couple.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

User's Comments After browsing many many feng shui sites, I came to one conclusion: your site is the most sensible, reasonable and helpful one of all. I've been to sites where they want to sell you just about anything and everything. The information they are willing to give is so trivial and one senses that the only thing they are interested in is to make money and sell you products that might and might not fit in with your decor or your culture, and of course doesn't serve the purpose of curing and or enhancing. Sorry for the long message, but I have a friend who spent a fortune buying all types of figurines to cure then to enhance and then eventually all she got was more figures on her credit card and no luck! I believe that what one should do is get your advise first because it makes so much sense and it is always sincere. I also believe that people should buy things that pleases their eye and provide a sense of beauty and balance. Again sorry for the long message and thank you for a wonderful site.
