Yes, overall, it is considered not auspicious to have the Master Bedroom door facing another toilet door. Where possible close that toilet door when not in use.

It is not ideal to have the bed sharing the same wall as a bathroom - especially if the toilet bowl is directly opposite the bed.

This also applies to apartments. One conclusion here is that it is said that tiny water vapour or molecules emitted, may encourage baterial growth etc...
