Dear Yew-Meng,
1. Overall, the chief concern of the White-Tiger is in-effect symbolism.
2. Here, the worst senario is to have a water position "above it". Especially a circular pool or pond.
3. One can than imagine, the `flat' pool of water as simply the open `hungry' mouth of the tiger. This is inauspicious as it `needs food' or nurishment.
4. As for the underground electricial cables, in my opinion, I feel that it is not a threat at all. The White tiger is not exactly bad. We are more concerned with it's upper part of the body i.e. the head (especially it's mouth) that can do the most damage.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
