Dear Tony,
Usually, in most instances, each home or sector can be influenced by `seasonal' Feng Shui.
Here, most probably, the wrong set of `stars' either congregate at your bedroom or a combination of some bad stars are around.
Most likely this is the case. And depending on the combination of stars, it may be the monthly or yearly star combinations.
Or alternatively, it has been a known fact that watercoures or even water close-by could emit minute traces of e.g. positive ions. Which is not beneficial to the body.
We call this `invisible' vapours. While negative ions are beneficial, positive ions, similar to this situation in the long term may not be ideal:-

The chances of sleeping close to water positions / pipes need to be look at on a cautious side.
If your bed is next to a toilet wall, ideally, try to sleep further away. If this is physically not possible, then try at least to keep a gap between the head bed and the toilet wall.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
