Sri, you have brought up a very interesting point.
I, personally, bought a 'Ganesh' (an elephant faced sculpture) from India and prominently display it in the living room, thinking that it is just part of good luck charm.
From an Indian perspective, do you think that it is not appropriate to display it in the living room and should be placed out the house at the entrance, instead? Would appreciate your sharing of how to handle an Indian elephant sculpture.
