My wife and I found a piece of property and we were thinking of building this house on it.

The only changes would be made are that the guest bedroom on the first floor would be a living room and the bathroom in the southwest location on the second floor would be moved next to the laundry room.

My wife was born 11/16/1966 and I was born on 03/17/59.

The front door would be facing north and the house number would be 540.

Is this a suitable property and or home?
