Topic: Piece of Land on the 'T' roads

I have bought a piece of Land (square form - 17Wx30D) facing South. Unfortunately (base on Feng Shui, this is not a good site for the land) the land is right in front of the 'T' roads. I am planning to build a house on it very soon. I am the breedowner and my birth date is 20 Mar 1969.
What major consideration in the designing the house?
