Basically, yes I personally agree that circle is very strong shape.
However, in terms of Feng Shui, if the building is circular, there is this possibility that you will have missing corners from the shapes and form school.
In Feng Shui, the best shapes for houses is rectangle or square shapes, because if you look at it is easier to layout your home furniture in rectangle shape houses rather than odd shaped houses.
