Dear Eve,
Apologise for the delay.
There are many ways to look at this. I am looking at it based on harmony of the people and type of business selected.

Actually, this combination of element is ok.
1. Wood Strengthen fire
fire will also exhaust some wood
Wood is weaken so unable to destroy Earth.
2. Fire gains strengths from Wood, which then provide Earth with more resources strengthen you (weak earth).
Normally, when there is a destruction and a production, often the production sequence takes place first. Thus, the destruction process is weaken.
Thus, that is the main reason why normally for a Strong Earth, wood is not the best solution, but instead Metal will be more effective.

Advertising, communication is Water
Round is Metal
Metal produces Water completing the cyle of the Five Element for your partners and business logo.
i.e. Metal (round logo) produces Water (the business) Which strengthens Wood -> Fire -> Earth.
Seems like a good logo for the company.

Looks auspicious.

This is up to you. As far as I can tell from the details provided, it is quite a good combination.
Hope that helps:)
