I live in a condo facing North. I am a wood-tiger. I was wondering where and if I should place a small water fountain INSIDE my home.

Also, the bathroom is in the southwest corner of my condo and I have been having very bad luck relationship-wise. I heard that if I place a five rod windchime in the bathroom that it will deflect the bad energy. Is this true? Also are hollow metal rods okay? Does it matter what color the windchimes are or if they are decrative? or should they be as plain as possible without ornaments?
