Hi Cecil! We went out to dine at a very nice restaurant. It won an excellence award, the food was great and one of the owners was a very nice, gracious lady. However, I couldn't help but notice, they had almost no customers on a Saturday night (big night to go out to dinner here). The woman told me sadly that they are just breaking even and there were four failed restaurants there previously. As we were leaving, I lingered in the doorway to survey the place. Aside from the requisite tree across the street blocking their entrance (surprise, surprise)across the street is a huge, 25 story world bank building. It is quite impressive, all silver reflective surface. It definitely towers over the restaurant and oppresses it. I told her re: your Triangle Effect theory but don't know what to suggest re: the bank except put a huge (tasteful)neon sign to call attention to their roof to passersby. Also, in this situation there are three equal owners, so who would you use to determine favorable door direction? What do you think? I don't want such a tasty restaurant to close! LOL Thank you!
