This is a picture of the hungry ghost activity as narated in the two articles.
It shows a make-shift tent for the festival and close-by a public housing flat known as Housing Board Flats commonly found in Singapore. Many Singaporeans, I believe, 90 percent of the entire population lives in such `common' flats.
