In my opinion, the interpretation is based on the address only.
More importantly, depending on your level of usage of traditional methods or if one is only a `passer-by' of Feng Shui; other analysis are a better alternative: Such as correct shapes and form, avoiding poison arrows aimed at the house.
These are easier to apply. More advanced methods such as Flying Star/Pillars depends as I mentioned above, on the level of your participation or non-participation in them.
`Troubled mother' in terms of numerology implies `worries' of a parent (based on direct Chinese translation) of the combination of 3, 4 and 1 numbers.
