Dear Madi,
In all periods, #2 (sickness) ; #3 (Bad wood); #5 (misfortune) can be considered bad.
But some FS practitioners consider the period i.e. in Period 2 (which is along long way to go); #2 may not be all that bad.
Or if we are in Period 5, #5 may not be all that bad.
A good example is #7. In period 7, this current period ending in year 2003, #7 is OK because #7 is associated with the Period 7 number. But, #7 if interpreted under Period 8, may not be good.
For those who have houses with Double #7 at the front door, need not worry, because, if there is no major renovation done in Period 8, your house will still continue to enjoy #7 or where this house is known as a Period 7 built home.
Should one do a major renovation, say in Year 2004, under Flying Star calculations, the stars will fly and the front door need not necessarily be #7. In some instances it could be Double 8s. Since 8 is auspicious in Period 8, a house in period 8, with double 8's would be auspicious.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
