Dear Lorene,
It is best to have the bed in good Shapes and Form positions (first).
Under the Eight House Theory, one should sleep closer to one's best sector. Or use one partner as a `shield'. For example, if the husband's sector is health at the west while the wife's is irritation (west); then let the husband sleep closer to WEST and wife sleep further away.
