Dear Santosh,
In my opinion, and the many audits done locally, the placement of shoe rack is only of secondary importance or really not a major issue for most of us.
Although, some FS practitioners may feel that there is lots of `hipe' in wanting less clutter or felt that `bad qi' if one places shoes/sandals or shoe rack at the front main door.
In Feng Shui audits mainly by professionals, assessment is usually based on using the Compass School and particuarly the Shapes and Form of the site and the home. Which is considered the `bigger' picture. Already, within these two schools of FS, there are really so much assessment to be made here.
For the garbage bin, especially for landed property, it is usually placed accessible by the garbage collectors. We can play our part by making sure that these bins can prevent animals from taking out the contents.
Therefore, in my opinion, if we properly use FS, these two areas i.e. garbage and shoe racks are not a major issue.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
