Ideally, it should be a painting e.g. of a mountain scenery or an object with immovable mass.
For the bamboo style plate, in general, it is in my opinion too `weak' to be classified to activate the mountain star.
Yes, if the sector is an auspicious sector, it is even better to activate a mountain star.
